Staff Profile

After twenty plus years as a wife, mother and avid fitness trainer/instructor, Frances came to work with Rusenko CPA, PC from 2018-2021 serving as Office Manager. She returned in 2022 dealing mainly with office operations, billing and receivables, and front and back-end tax return processing. Frances is a graduate of Agnes Scott college with a BA in History/German. After living in Germany for several years, she earned her Master of Art and Teaching in German from THE USC.

In her free time, Frances enjoys family time, traveling, spending time outdoors hiking and glamping.
